On most systems Python expects its input scripts to be UTF-8 encoded 
(this is for all Python scripts, not specific to Modeller). We generally 
recommend plain text (ASCII) for Modeller inputs as this is a subset of 
UTF-8. It looks like you might have a Python script or other input in a 
different encoding.
