For frequently asked questions about installation or usage of MODELLER, please check the FAQ. The MODELLER documentation, and several recent reviews and tutorials, are also available online. There is also a user-editable Wiki available.

For practical help, please use the modeller_usage email list, which contains many tips and tricks about using MODELLER. To subscribe to the list, send an email to listserv@listsrv.ucsf.edu. Leave the Subject field blank and remove your signature from the email. In the body of the message, enter just: SUBSCRIBE modeller_usage firstname lastname where firstname is your first name and lastname your last name.

Other listserv commands can be sent in the same way to the same email address. For example, SIGNOFF modeller_usage will cancel your subscription to the list. See the LISTSERV manual for more information.

Searchable archives of past posts to the list are also available.

To post to the mailing list, send email to modeller_usage@listsrv.ucsf.edu. You must be subscribed to the list before you can post.
