[modeller_usage] loop modelling in Chimera

Hi,

I am modelling a loop region.
I used Chimera, which uses the web version of your modloop.
But i notice in the results, that the results are not restricting
proline phi to around -60 degrees.

Could you give some ideas, as to how to model loop, while maintaining
preferred proline phi value?
