I've noticed Sali and Fiser have a 2007 article on point mutations (Modeling mutations in protein structures, Protein Science 16:2030-2041). I couldn't find the modeller script for that protocol, though. Is it available somewhere? Would the protocol at the wiki ( http://salilab.org/modeller/wiki/Mutate%20model ) be the most reliable approach these days?
Cheers, Lucas

Yes, that script implements the same protocol they used, with modern Modeller.
