I dont know exactly your need but this option of ADIT available for depositing NMR or theoritical model maintained by rutgers university of rcsb site will serve for your need. While you upload your pdb for validation purpose you will get all form of validation for your protein in graphical way and among them your need of graphical display will be available under the title of allresidue .
