I want to use Align2D to align a sequence with a structure with pdb format. I can't get the proper result. The log file tell me the following wrong:

iatmcls_286W> MODEL atom not classified: TYR:OT1 TYR iatmcls_286W> MODEL atom not classified: TYR:OT2 TYR

Who can tell me how to resolve such problem?
