[modeller_usage] Cluster PDBs

Dear modeller,

I had build 500 models, and want cluster the build models. I had try the Cluster_PDBs(http://www.salilab.org/modeller/wiki/Cluster%20PDBs), but I just got the average-structure. I want analysis the clusters of the build models. How to do it?
