[modeller_usage] modelling a large protein of 664 amino acids with its domain specific templates

hi all, i have a large protein of 664 amino acids long to model but a dont have a significant template matching sequence length but i do got all the domain specific model templates. if i want to model the entire sequence based on this templates which scripts to use.
