[IMP-dev] Moving Pointer

Some quick changes moving IMP::internal::ObjectPointer to IMP::Pointer. All pointers to IMP objects kept in C++ code should already use this type as otherwise reference counting won't happen. Note that this patch uses svn move, which caused some issues before, I think, so there may be problems.
