I have modified it according to my requirements and generated the model successfully.

But I have a question regarding rand_seed value.
It is mentioned that,
"Set a different value for rand_seed to get a different final model
env = Environ(rand_seed=-49837)".

So if I wish to generate multiple models, then which value (exact number) should I use?

If that's all you want to do, no modification of the script is required.
Just specify the residue number/chain ID and the new residue name (TYR)
as arguments when you run the script. See the script itself for usage info.
