That depends on whether there is any information on line 421 of 
pdb_95.pir past the 4096th character that you are interested in. Most 
likely this is just an overly verbose description of the sequence (e.g. 
the species and information on how the sequence was expressed) which you 
are probably not interested in if you are only reading this file to get 
the primary sequences.
