[modeller_usage] Regarding Salign Alignment

Dear Modellers,
I am facing a small problem. Alignments are not coming the way i expect. Is there any way that when i change the alignments to be glocal based on BLOSUM80 scores. It first do local and then proceed for optimum global alignments. 

I AM MESSED UP WITH SHIFTED ALIGNMENT PROBLEMS.
