[modeller_usage] Incorporation of hetero atom

Dear all

I have tried to  incorporate hetero atom (in this case PLP) in my model and I tried various  method in manual and mailing list. But my model did not include the hetero  atom.

My scripts are attched in this e-mail.

Any help will be much  appreciated.
