[modeller_usage] multiple templates

Hi, 

I want model a protein with 3 domains similar to 3 different proteins in 
PDB hit. can I use them all simaultaneuosly as a template. I don't want to 
use chimera strategy as it may give wrong information regarding the 
overall curvature at junction points (if I understood correctly!).
