Try to match the names of the known structure file in the alignment file and the top file. Remember also that the name is case-sensitive .

Dear modellers !

I automatically generated .ali, .top file with python script. And I executed modeller with python script “ os.popen(“mod6v2 model.top”) “. But modeller stopped in about one second with no result(model). In log file, most strange thing was that there was no specific error message. I can’t figure out this error……Is there anyone who can solve this problem? Any help will be much appreciated.. I attach my .ali file and .top file. And message in log file is in below.
