I have a 980 amino acid protein whose structure is unknown. I
wish to learn if this protein belongs to a known family
of protein of similar structure. I am not sure how to go about searching the modeler database
to see if at least part of the sequence is similar to another sequence. Your help would be appreciated. S. Manolatos |
