  Hello,
       I want to incoporatre ligand (ATP), metal atom (MG) in to my model. Both are present in my template. I treid with the method given in the manual but i am not successful. I am seeking help from somebody.
Please send me sample alignment file and top file also for incorporating ligand and metal atom into  model.
