Hi,

I have seen in the Chapter 4 of the manual how to build a multi-domain =
protein model using templates corresponding only to the individual =
domain. But I think I obtain a model with an incorrect relative =
orientation of the diferent domains. How can I orient the three template =
structure appropriatly before the modeling?
