Hi,
MAXSEQ is hard-coded, so the only way to increase it it that I increase it's
value in the source code and recompile it. Since MAXSEQ will become obsolete
in the next release of MODELLER, and due to small number of requests for
this (it's not a fatal error), I suggest we wait for the MODELLER 7.
